Counter-Notice

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing, or if you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to law, you may send a counter-notice. Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled.

Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Include your physical or electronic signature.
